Decoda Literacy Solutions is British Columbia’s leading province-wide literacy organization, dedicated to strengthening reading, writing, and learning opportunities for communities across the province. Through partnerships and community programs, they help support inclusive access to literacy supports.

They provide resources, professional training, and funding to support community-based literacy initiatives in more than 400 communities throughout British Columbia, helping educators, volunteers, and organizations build stronger literacy skills for learners of all ages.

Their lending library includes professional literacy materials, workbooks, guides, easy-readers, and more. Anyone in B.C. can register and borrow materials at no cost, with delivery by mail.

They also support literacy through publications like Westcoast Reader, a practical newspaper-style resource used to build reading skills and support adult and emerging readers.
