September 2024 Literacy Fair

Friday, September 20th from 10:00-2:00pm

Timms Community Centre (located at 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley)

Free event. All ages.

Come celebrate Literacy Month with the Langley Literacy Network!

The Literacy fair will include:

  • Information on Adult and Family Literacy Programs
  • Information on Volunteer Opportunities with the Langley Literacy Network
  • Physical literacy activities (hosted in the gymnasium by the City of Langley and Pacific Sports)
  • “Sweetgrass” StoryWalk® throughout the community centre
  • Prize Wheel
  • Take a Book, Leave a Book Table
  • Welcome Library display

Come visit the City of Langley Library during the fair for:

  • A fun “I love Reading!” photobooth event!
  • Literacy month draw
  • Craft table and activities for children
