This tool was developed by community, for community. We hope this can be used to help families work together to connect their technology habits with their family values with the goal to be intentional about our usage.
With grateful appreciation to these organizations and committees for their time and efforts on this project: School District #35 (Langley), Langley Literacy Network, Fraser Health, Inclusion Langley Society, Encompass Support Services, Langley Children Committee and Langley Community Services Society.
We would also like to acknowledge and give thanks to Pixie Wells, the President of the Fraser Valley Metis Association and Metis Elder Suzanne Thomaidis for their knowledge and contributions to the Spirit component of this tool.
The Langley Literacy Network is committed to building on community strengths to encourage lifelong learning by ensuring that residents of all ages have access to sufficient and appropriate information, services, and support to meet their literacy needs.
