1. Community One-on-One Learning (COOL)

Learn to read and write! 

Join our COOL adult literacy program and meet with a volunteer literacy tutor for 2 hours/week to practice your reading and writing skills. 
The literacy tutor will work with you to help you meet your reading and writing goals. Learners must have conversational English abilities.

2. Essential Skills for Job Success

 This free program will help you improve your skills to get the job you want. Facilitators will cover topics such as:

  • Career planning 
  • Developing workplace skills
  • Understanding Canadian workplace culture 
  • Resume writing 
  • Interview practice 
  • One on one advice

Particpants must be 19+ years old and have a minimum English level of LINC 4.
Registration required.
